Knowledge Retention Evaluation Framework (KREF) Implemented at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Tuzla

From 28th May to 31st May 2023, the Knowledge Retention Evaluation Framework (KREF) exam was held for the first time at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Tuzla. The exam is implemented as a result of IQPharm project-Innovating quality assessment tools for pharmacy studies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The KREF aims to assess students’ knowledge retention from the first two years and the last three years of their pharmacy studies. Professor Nebojša Kladar from the University of Novi Sad supervised the exam. Testing was conducted for students in the third and fifth year of pharmacy studies. The teaching staff from the University of Tuzla will use the results of this and every future KREF exam to improve the current curriculum of teaching subjects and ensure high standards and
quality of pharmacy studies.
