Developing of the Recommendation for change of legal regulation(s) in accordance with EU Regulations 2005/36

As a part of Erasmus+ IQPharm WP activity 2.6. Herzegovina/IQPharm WP 2.6 Developing of the Recommendation for change of legal regulation(s) in accordance with EU Regulations 2005/36, the meeting was held on October 5th and 6th, 2023 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Banja Luka, Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This activity gathered representatives from Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Republic of Srpska, Pharmaceutical Chamber of the Republic of Srpska, Pharmaceutical Society of the Republic of Srpska and also representatives from IQPharm partner universities. IQPharm project partners presented the pecularities of pharmaceutical practices conducting at each university  and specificities of current legal regulations covering this field. Also, representatives from the University of Split shared their experiences regarding the challanges faced during implementation of EU Regulations 2005/36 and 2013/55 in Croatia. After intensive discussion of all participants several conclusions were made that will help universities from Bosnia and Herzegovina to make future steps and provide concrete suggestions and recommendations for changing current legislation in accordance with EU Regulations 2005/36 and 2013/55 that will be of great importance for the final implementation of the project’s goals. The next meeting covering this topic is scheduled for 9-10 October in Mostar.
